| Description: | Works under the direction on the Maintenance Manager & General Manager, provides maintenance work throughout the hotel. Repairs electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance of the hotel. Will assist with Preventive Maintenance checks. Knowledge of painting, PTAC's, plumbing, electrical, pools & spas and general maintenance is required.
Must be reliable and willing to work nights and weekends including Sunday. Will be on call PRN.

| Duties: | Repairs, replaces and maintains all areas of the hotel, including kitchen areas, pool and spa, guest rooms and other maintenance needs. |
| Qualifications: | CPO Certified is preferred. Previous hotel maintenance or building maintenance experience preferred. Must be hard working, be able to handle all physical aspects of the job, dependable and have a friendly personality when assisting guests or working with others.
Must be able to work on Saturday and Sundays. |
