Description:Hires, trains and superives all Guest Service Associates. Provides support, coaching and problem-solving for team. Is lead for helping guests resolve any issues. May assist General Manager with a variety of administrative tasks. This position is the lead in Guest Service when the GM is away - must be able to work 3pm-11:00pm Mon-Friday and weekdays on Saturday and Sunday.
Duties:Interviews, selects and trains all front desk Associates. Provides motivation, developing a positive, professional team of great Guest Service people who delight Guests each day, one at a time.
Qualifications:Must have hotel supervisory experience or solid high quality guest service experience. Must be able to supervise a staff of 10-12, providing strong leadership.
