| Duties: | Answers inbound calls, must be highly skilled in customer service, positive, enthusiastic. Must be able to read and understand complex occupancy/ADR spreadsheets quickly and be able to determine appropriate responses to questions, concerns, requests from potential guests |
| Qualifications: | Must be organized, reliable, dependable, enthusiastic and positive. Must be able to communicate clearly, be computer literate and understand and interpret complex spreadsheets. Be a team player in a fun environment! |
